3. Files & Document Processing
ClearKitPDF is designed to process documents when you ask a tool to perform an action such as converting, compressing, merging, splitting, editing, or otherwise processing a file.
Your documents are yours.
We do not claim ownership of the documents you upload. You remain responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and process each file.
Uploaded files may temporarily pass through systems used to provide the requested tool. We aim to retain temporary processing files only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the requested operation, subject to the technical design of the specific tool and any legal or security requirements.
Do not upload highly sensitive information unless you have considered the risks and are comfortable using the relevant ClearKitPDF tool.
